Petra, a qualified and experienced yoga teacher also has a focus on rehabilitation after injury, specialising in musculo-skeletal issues, such as knee injuries or scoliosis. Also, her practice can help with conditions such as constipation, IBS, acid reflux and combatting high or low blood pressure.

Mother of three and having suffered serious pain from injury in previous years, Petra has utilised yoga first hand to restore her body and give birth to her children and now uses her own experience to empower others in the same way.
