Yoga Mama Putney offers a bright yoga studio specialising in yoga for pregnancy and yoga for mother and baby.

Also available are regular Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Restorative yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi and all classes are for a maximum of 12 people, to provide bespoke attention.

Cherie, can also provide Pregnancy yoga teacher training as well as CPD.

Booking is easy and can be done online or over the phone, or pop in and take a look around.
